PLAN FOR ADULTS (14+) - $199 A Year
PLAN FOR CHILDREN - $149 A Year

This service is not intended to be a substitute for dental insurance, so it does not follow the usual waiting periods or yearly maximums that insurance typically does. Payments are required to be made when the service has been provided. Failure to do so will result in being charged at the regular rate.
